Sissy Fitness: MadFit YouTube Videos

Like many of you girls, I gained weight during the pandemic. It happened gradually, and I didn’t even realize it was happening until I could see my body was not what it used to be. That didn’t make me feel sexy or feminine at all and made the post-nut clarity and sissy shame so bad that I barely wanted to dress up anymore. 

When I finally decided enough was enough, I turned to Youtube to start my sissy fitness journey and commit to feminization and sissification training for a leaner, cuter body. Through YouTube, I found Maddie Lymburner, aka @MadFit, a fitness influencer who has posted dozens of apartment-friendly, equipment-free, or -lite, fitness videos.

I’ve tried a few different YouTuber workouts before, and Maddie is one of my favorites for a few reasons: 

  • Dozens and dozens of different videos at different skill levels
  • Easy-to-follow instructions
  • Variety of body region-focused workouts / hard-to-get-bored
  • Variety of time lengths so you can work out even if you only have five to 10 minutes
  • Fun, light-hearted energy

What I Like About MadFit as a Sissy

When doing sissy training and feminization tasks like working out, a sissy needs to feel like she’s becoming more feminine. Part of why I love working out to women’s videos is I get to feel like I’m feminizing myself. Instead of working on my glutes to a man’s workout, I’m trying to get a bigger booty. That’s so hot to me! She also has dancing workouts to girly pop songs, which makes me feel like a sissy girl when I do them.

While this is Maddie’s job, and she’s going to be fitter than I could ever be without dedicating my life to fitness, I love that her body seems achievable for a sissy. She’s lean, has smaller breasts, and a nice butt that, as someone born in a manly body, feels like I could emulate and feel feminine. 

Plus, she has gorgeous workout sets she wears that are always skintight and totally sexy. More and more, I want to buy sports bras and little booty shorts to workout along with her. 

While sissy fitness is part of my sissification and feminization journey and part of the sissy tasks I regularly do, it’s important to note that whatever you look like or want to look like is entirely valid. Just as a woman has the right to dress and look however she feels, so does a sissy. There’s no right way to be a sissy: just what makes you feel hawt and want to do more naughty things.
