First off, congratulations on purchasing your first sissy chastity cage. Now, I bet you’re probably wondering how to put on a chastity cage, right? Or why else would you be here? While there are a variety of sissy chastity devices with their own set of instructions, I should be able to help you with most standard chastity cages. When you’re ready, relax and grab your cage! 

Before you start, make sure the cage and ring fit easily together. Non-metal cages may be stiff, and you may feel like you have to force the pieces together, which is difficult when your sissy clitty is involved. 

Easy fix: grab a glass or bowl and fill it with hot, not boiling water. If you can get the ring and the cage together, put them in the bowl. This will help the plastic, silicone, etc., adjust, and you should be able to slide the two pieces on and off easily. 

If you can’t connect the ring and cage yet, put both pieces separately in the hot water. Once they are hot and softened, try connecting your sissy cage again. Once connected, put back in hot water to help the two pieces fit together better. 

You don’t need much preparation, but some things might help. First, notice how loose or tight the skin around your testicles is. You may have trouble getting the ring on if they’re too tight. Taking a hot shower or bath should help loosen the skin. I find that lightly applying baby oil first also helps to make it easier to put on the chastity cage but does not make you so slippery that it becomes a pain, which might happen with a lot of lube. 

Alright, grab all the parts, and let’s get started! 

1. First, I like to apply baby oil to my entire clitty area. This makes getting the ring on easier for me and helps reduce chafing. Applying oil to the ring and cage can also help make getting it on easier. 
2. Next, I’ll put the ring against my right ball and gently start pulling the skin through while pushing the right testicle through. Keep cycling through, pulling the skin, and pushing the testicle until it is through.
   1. Though tricky, your testicle should be able to fit through the ring without resistance. If it isn’t, the ring is probably too small, and you could hurt yourself. 
3. Getting the second ball through is the most annoying part for me. I try to make sure the skin near the right testicle is pulled as far as possible, which tends to get the left ball closer to the ring. Without letting go of the right, now trying to push the left through.
   1. For me, the left testicle will often try to retract inside my body. If this happens, just be patient and retry. 
4. Once both testicles are through, again make sure the skin and testicles are pulled as far as they will go so they don’t slip out during the next part. At this point, both should be through the ring with your tiny waste of a male cock on top of the ring. 
5. Now, you want to carefully push your penis (while flaccid) through the ring as well. Pay close attention so it doesn’t scrape against the lock (depending on the model). After your clitty is totally through, pull the ring as close as possible to your body while adjusting the balls and dick as needed.
   1. The ring should be snug but not painful. If you are experiencing any pain or intense squeezing, remove it immediately and try a larger ring. 
   2. If at this point you have an erection after getting excited by getting the ring on, just wait a little bit or go do something else till your clitty shrinks back down to normal. 
6. Grab the cage, and you’re almost done! Unless it’s a flat cage, which I will cover in a future blog, you will carefully cover your clitty with the cage while securing the cage into the ring and avoiding catching any loose skin. 
7. Lastly, use whatever lock came with your cage. Congratulations! The first time is tough, but you will feel an intense sissy euphoria wash over you as you look at your adorable locked clitty.
